1 1 Majestic Warrior Gomez G K Mott William I 122 L 2-1

This will be his 3rd race as a 2yo. Off poorly in his first. Bore out in his 2nd. His second much faster than his first and a repeat figure gets him close.

2 2 Z Humor Desormeaux K J Mott William I 122 L 15-1

First 2 races were very similar and a 3rd similar doesn’t do a thing with these. However he must be here for a reason and with Desormeaux/Mott 20% we’ll watch the board.

3 3 Anakim Castellano J J Kimmel John C 122 L 6-1

Nicely spaced races. Slightly faster than the 2 and this will be the 4th race with the last race at this same distance a plus. Nevertheless needs a bit more to contend

4 4 War Pass Velasquez C Zito Nicholas P 122 L 5-1

Ran a nice race for Zito his last time out and that number puts him in it here. Has had 6 weeks rest into this one. Off poorly on both starts. Velasquez/Zito 19%.

5 5 Pyro Bridgmohan S X Asmussen Steven M 122 L 15-1

2 races both similar and slow to this point. Off poorly in first and stumbled in 2nd. Would need a big jump to contend.

6 6 Lantana Mob Elliott S Asmussen Steven M 122 L 8-1

Ran very well in his last (4th race). That number puts him in this at a fair price.

7 7 Silver Edition Castro E Lukas D Wayne 122 L 12-1

Ran a very nice number in his first race. Tough to tell what will happen but any forward move puts him in this.

8 8 Ready's Image Coa E M Pletcher Todd A 122 L 5-2

4 races thus far with 2 of those being faster than anything the other 7 have ever run. Has a great shot here unless another jumps way up.

At this stage of their careers these horses can improve in speed 5-10 lengths at any given time. It will be an interesting race to watch. I see the top 5 all having a chance in this with the 8 the fastest at this point. Silver Edition is only racing for the second time with the first being very impressive. Majestic Warrior is fast also but had a large move forward in its last race. Again odds will determine wager at last minute…..
