The average win rate for favorites in the U.S. is about 35.4 % based on an average of 8 starters per race.
Over the course of time most tracks will land very close to that number.
However, field size plays a big roll as does turf.
Favorites win at a lesser % on turf as compared to dirt.
Favorites also win at a lesser rate when the fields are larger.
So if the U.K. Runs on turf and with larger than 8 per race on average, there will be little doubt that the win % for favorites should be higher in the U.S.

    Hope that helps.

Don't hold me to this but I believe it is Mountaineer Racetrack followed closely by Charles Town. Could be reversed.

    That would be my guess
I play those tracks an awful lot
    Aaron Merrriman, Ron Wrenn
Jason Bartlett, Jordan Stratton are their best drivers.
Aaron just got his 1000th win, recently

im surprised Merrriman has not left for east coast circuits...He came out to Big M while ago and did OK also the Mohawk circuit could use some new talent Roy, Fillion and McNair rule there

on Yonkers the ML odds maker is the most corrupt in the country...many 8-1 + shots I see win easy as odds on fav's
