    Double, pick 3, pick 4 etc.. You're picking the winners in multiple races. So I'd play a ticket for 50cents (minimum allowed unless you're playing offshore where it's usually 25 cents) and pick/spread a certain number of horses are going to win each race/leg, depending on how much I want the ticket to cost. Typically I could play a pick 3 which starts 2 races before the derby and select 3 horses, the next race select 2 horses, and the derby select all 20. ticket costs 3*2*20=$120 for $1 so $60 for 50 cent ticket. If you manage to win the first 2 races, now since you have all 20 horses in the derby you're ticket is a winner no matter what.

    Just depends who wins to determine how much you get paid. That's when it gets fun seeing a wall of horses come down the stretch and u can scream "gimme a long shot!!!"

    What a great race to bet. Huge field and a no strong favorite means payouts should be high. I dont like the favorite #5 Always Dreaming. Looks like he will bounce. That and the public is playing #20 Patch who I'm also throwing out. Playing exacta partial wheel 10, 14, 16, 17, 18, WT, 4, 10, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19.

    I just clicked on your link to read the Bonomo family story. It would suck to see a crime family's horse win the Triple Crown, would really make you question the integrity of the whole thing.
