    26 plays

    wanted to try something a little different and separate these plays from the others..Feel one of my strengths is hitting winners with horses early in their career, before they have established themselves as good or bad..going to exclude first time starters and only play horses making their 2nd to 6th start
    (hence 26 plays).Most of these plays will be on maidens obviously but there could be a horse for example who wins in his 2nd or 3rd start..If that's the case I will at least pass the next
    race as I will never play a horse off a win..too obvious and not what I'm looking for..probably be a low volume thread and haven't decided if I'm going to keep records..as always I'm looking to do well at this over time and they'll be hot and cold streaks like anything else..just like to run this thread separately from the other one to see how these do as a group..possible I'll abandon ship but going try and stick with it at least for a month..see how it goes

    I prefer not to give everything away as I feel that I have an understanding of something fairly simple that is a good predictor of improved performances..Has to do with running lines along with how fast a race the horse is exiting (by Beyer figure)..Have seen it work well for close to 2 decades so it's not something I figured out last year.It doesn't have any set mechanical rules which I like but helps to have an overall feel
    for how to use it to get best results...

    when I say I've seen it work well for 2 decades, I'm just talking about general observation that these horses seem to move forward ..no hard numbers

    occasionally you may see a horse in the 26 range that's in my other thread..that would be because he doesn't fit the criteria of
    why I play horses in this thread but obviously like it anyway
