    HOW TO WAGER AND WIN 3/24 Laurel Park Picks/Wagers ------- For Noobs Like Cecil

    This post will show my picks and how I wager them (notice no trifectas). It is designed to teach beginners like Cecil how to play and win.

    Arletta, I'm posting a bit prior to the races. I can't control the odds but in this case one horse covered and one (before the odds dropped) was for a profit.

    im still working on this method/angle and interested in following along.
    but i find that my best damage is done with the 3 horse exacta box (always have at least one bomb in there)

    uh, your total is now +108.90 if im taking 103.50 minus the $6 in bets=97.50 then hit the win for 11.40 equals $108.90-right?
    dont tell me we gotta keep track of your 'rithmatic too....

    and for us noobs-be sure and keep the editing to a minimum when posting picks

    Lost a bit on that one. Betting 1 horse to cover and 4 horse to make money. Odds dropped on the 1 though.

    i always pick the wrong damn one when excluding a runner going with a 2 horse box.

    I played it Cecil it was fluctuating between 2-1 and 3-1 before the race and didnt drop to 8-5 till the race started.

    The odds on 7 are poor but the only horse that could compete was 6 and its scratched.
