    Breeders Cup Help

In a contest we do yearly with roughly around 20 or more guys that cost 100 to get in and everyone starts with 50.00 to bet with on all races. I'm not a big horse guy so usually just go for the food and the cards and hope to get lucky and make some money. My question to fellow SBR brethren can any of you's lend me a hand on the days card? You have to make a minimum bet of 2.00 on each race so your in every race. Thanks much appreciated guys.

Saturday's BC races are much more wide open than Friday, or at least that's the way they shape up on paper.

In all but the Juvenile, where Union Rags most likely will be the heaviest favorite of the day, you can make a strong case for three or four horses, so I'd probably stay away from the favorites and look at some of the next choices. This is what's great about the Breeders' Cup; there are going to be some great prices on horses.

With 20+ people I think you are going to have to hit some bombs. Here are some long shots I like to outrun their odds.

    Race 3 --Marathon(4-Pleasant Prince--12/1)
    Race 4--Juvy Turf(3-Shkspeare Shaliyah--15/1)
    Race 5--Sprint(6-Force Freeze--10/1)(4-Hamazing Destiny--10/1)
    Race 6--Turf Sprint(7-Hoofit--15/1)
    Race 7--Dirt Mile(7-Jersey Town--15/1)
    Race 8--Turf(3-Dean's Kitten--10/1)
    Race 9--Juvenile(9-Alpha--15/1)
    Race 10--Turf Mile(11-Strong Suit--10/1)
