question about time stamping with bets

yesterday i placed 2 bets here at sbr with yonkers. time stamp on my bet was 10:55:27 seconds
time stamp for race was 10:55. they voided it which was a 450 point super. not sure what rule is with this. i watched the race and know i got it before that race went off but i was watching it on tvg and i know they are a few seconds behind actual feed. it doesnt really matter to me it was a 60 point wager so i got that returned, but i know software can be a little different. so if it is timestamped like mine is that past post?

yeah the official time stamps at 10:55. my bet went off at 10:55:27 so they are going keep it voided. kinda sucks because i am positive the bet went in before the race. the thing is it could be 10:55:59 with the time stamp at the track but they dont keep the seconds . oh well

I had one last week that was stamped 4 and a half minutes before off time, and was posted well before the SBR-post time, they voided it of course it was a winner, they owe me 48 points, which ill never see.
