if you are thinking of a horse partnership look at this one.
This is where I bought my share of turblent descent and Maybe it was one in a million but i have been really happy with them. If you are thinking of investing there new investment clearly a cowboy looks good. I give 10 thumbs up to this group.

I had their info send over a while back. But they weren't very clear about what happens to their horses after they retire (and I would, most likely, still have to pay for my horse). They sidestepped any breeding related question, and acted as if that almost never happens. So with Turbulent Descent (pedigree) in mind I felt they weren't very sincere.
