    and she or he really said calif racing is going down crapper. Apparently, owners and other trainers aren't happy with the lack of enforcement with rogue trainers using the drugs on there horses. This person went into specifics and i was shocked what was told me. Can you name the trainer that is biggest fraud on the santa anita circuit..it isn't mitchell as he isn't using his stuff anymore.
