What about Nashville as a longshot hedge?

How about a team that is tied for 6th.
Has 7 of last 9 games at home.
5 against total bottom feeders that will NOT make the playoffs.
This team is tied for the top defensive team in the entire NHL with (Van)
Have won 5 of last 6
Very possible to finish 4th in the conference!

They just had a huge come from behind win today.

Nashville 65.5 to 1 to win the Cup at Oly

Defence and goaltending wins championships I've been told and Nashville has both so worth a shot.

Not in a heartbeat do I think Nash can win the Cup.
    But...........IF.....they can get a decent spot....4...5...6...maybe a first game win.....and HEDGE away!
At 65-1 you have a decent shot!

Stay away from futures. Biggest sucker bets on the board.

like i said in my first post if nashville win the cup 2-3 / 1000 ... where is the edge to bet on them at 65.00

but this is only my opinion

    Too funny.
Re-read again and see if you can you see a word called Hedge, not edge.

This was availabe at Olympic(The Greek) all last night, and is now down to 42-1.
I only posted this in case someone was interested in a decent longshot.
Threw $50 at it in hopes of hedging down the road, if it presents itself.
    No value in 42-1, IMHO.

LOL this went over a lot of people's heads. They definitely would be a solid hedge if they somehow got through two rounds or so.
