I think so too. MON is going strong, DET has hit a funk. Only concerns would be that is sounds like Gomez may be out and DET is DET. Minor coin on MON ML in my books. Cheers

Gotta take Det on this one boys. Like Steel said DET is DET and they do not go into to long of losing streaks. Plus I just do not like Montreal never have never will. And if Gomez is out like the rumors are saying I am for surely on DET.

I agree they don't go into too long losing streaks, but do you think 4-5 losses in a row is too many? I'd say they would never lose like 10 in a row, but 4-5's nothing even for Detroit.

I can't remember the last time the Wings have lost 3 straight on home ice which is why I like the Wings tonight.

Destroy is such a strong word..... Wings get up for these type of games and they need a win. I don't think there is any chance they come out flat tonight like they did against Nash other night. They only see Habs once a year usually and will be ready and focused. I dont think either team is going to get destroyed and I think Habs will play well too. Bottom line is it will be a great game either way but I think Detroit will win this one. GL

I suppose everyone here forgets that the Red Wings lost 9 of 10 in 2007-2008 which happens to be the year they won their last Stanley Cup. Streaks happen. Good or bad.

nope... i think montreal will give this one up for tomorrow's HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA!!! Habs leafs Rivalry will continue tomorrow and also the fact that detroit has been on a losing streak spells W-I-N tonight... even if they do win they might go into OT... Either way, i dont see our habs playing their best best hockey tonight but every game is important for this team that's for sure. Montreal Canadiens are 4-0 in their last 4 games playing on 2 days rest so kinda scary but i still think all the attention will go towards tomorrow vs the leafs. Im sorry habs but i think wings takes this one in OT.
