Thanks a lot bro. I watched the game. Finland with huge play. Italian goalie was excellent and Finland shot 3 posts and missed numerous sure goal chances. Shots on goal 50-16. Really great game from finnish 1st line Selanne(Anaheim)-Koivu(Montreal)-Lehtinen(Dallas). Italy defended hard in 1st period and were able to keep the score 0-0 after 20 mins, but really wore themselves down in the process. 6-0 was still a great result.

Hockey tournaments like World championships, World Cup and Olympics have traditionally been very profitable for me. Should be the case here also, as i'm off to a great start.

Very nice for Canada backers. I took under 6.5 @+131 with small stakes just minutes before game time, as i was going to watch the game. Damn, really thought i was doomed after 3-0 goal in first period but Germany fought back till the end. Pretty good defensive effort from them.

Sweden had really poor performance, but gotta watch out for Russia. They have really good attackers. Also Czech losing to Switzerland was the biggest surprise so far. Just watched the goals. One thing i'm really happy about is that Finland has been the hottest team of the tournament so far. We haven't played against the top teams yet though, but Finnish powerplay has been really outstanding. Today 5 powerplay goals against Italy and 2-0 record with 11-0 goal difference after first games.
