Bruins going down tonight, take San Jose +105.

    San Jose +105

Bruins will be distracted after the firing of Claude Julien,
head coach since 2007. Even though Cassidy was assistant,
(for less than a year) there is going to be some trepidation in the ranks.

Julien did not deserve to be fired, especially not mid-season.
It was a desperate move from management to make a statement
that the product they have on the ice is not acceptable to Boston fans.

With a very major snowstorm affecting the region, there will
    be thousands of empty seats.

San Jose has a better road record than Boston does a home record.

Almost always a jump in intensity and focus when a coach is fired and replaced. Do you have some inside info that they are somehow distracted? New coach is a high intensity push the offense type and Sharks coming off too losses will play hard, but don't see value at +105. Might be a little value on Sharks race to 3 goals at +170 as I don't see a 2-1 or 2-0 type game and Bruins certainly capable of giving up goals lately.

No, but I think that viewpoint is just writers repeating what they think,
has nothing to do with the actual Boston Bruins team.
I expect that coach Julien has his faithful among the team, who are
not pleased that he was fired mid-season, of course they cannot speak up
about it, but he was well liked, and quite successful, given the roster.
Writers parrot the concept that this fires up the team, and it probably
will eventually, but not tonight, not so soon; there is more likelihood
of confusion and looking around, plus the place will be dead as a doornail.
To boot, San Jose is a better team.

I always bet WITH a new coach. Players are playing for their jobs too.

bruins didn't like julian and his defensive coaching style. they want to score goals and play the offensive push that this new coach employs. they will continue this offensive surge and make the playoffs. bet overs.
