    Bet road team for game 7's

    Typically it's been home teams and under in game 7's. This year that trend has cost a lot of heartbreak. 5-1 game 7 victories for road teams cannot be ignored. Forget o/u bet the Kings to make it 6-1. Logic never works gambling that's why books drive Caddy's and gamblers drive Pinto's. Chicago has everything going for them and lots of "smart" betters will feel the PAIN.

    If you like the hawks a interesting wager is take them to win the Cup at +175 rather than tonight at -144
    The West will be sizable favorite over NYR who ever gets there.

    Or, since the OP seems to like the Kings, you can get them at +240 for the cup.

    The best bet (IMO) if you like the Kings though, is to take Quick for Conn Smythe at +350.

    You're making things up. Home teams are 94-58 all time in Game 7s.

    What you are seeing is road teams winning this year at a 5-1 rate in Game 7s; also known as variance that will likely regress back to the mean.
