Good luck! I took Czech to win the first period.

Those Czech starting lines look like they'll be ready to score. Hopefully they don't come out cold.

I'm looking at Latvia TT u1.5 -160. What do you guys think? Failed to score in their last game, and their roster doesn't seem to have many weapons.

Honestly I don't know. Their goalie is someone I don;t know. Apparently he is good though if he got the start over Pavelec. Plays for one of the best teams in the KHL with a 1.86 GAA and a .933 SV%. He (Salak) will be accustomed to international play.

If I had to guess I'd say these Czech lines will easily penetrate the offensive zone and control most of the puck time, that'll limit Latvia's chances. If the goalie (Salak) needs to make a stop, he'll be equipped to do so as well. Maybe 4-1 Czech?

Again just guessing. These tournaments have been a bit off the wall and it may be best to sit back and see what happens first. One thing I've noticed is the better team will usually win the 1st period. Hopefully that will happen for me tonight

Sweden is a way better team then Latvia as well. Having lost to them Czech will want to get a win under their belt. They'll likely take advantage of a drastic difference in competition.
