    I just drove home and I live in South Jersey. Yes it is necessary. There's already 8 inches and it's so cold it's just sticking like crazy. Ill prepared for this as the storm was unexpected. Awful conditions.

    I shoveled twice here. With the wind chill factor, it's below zero and we've gotten almost a foot.
