Yes, it is time for another great contest for you Puckheads from SBR, the NHL Power Play 1100 with 1100 Betpoints worth of SBR Sportsbook Free Plays on the line! This is another four-week contest that pays out to the top 10 finishers. The contest starts Monday, December 23rd, 2013 and ends Sunday, January 19th, 2014. You must make a minimum of 68 and a maximum of 92 NHL Plays, including exactly 4 Power Plays. Contest includes Money Lines, Totals and Puck Lines. Regular plays are rated 1 unit and Power Plays are rated 4 UNITS, and the rating will be the BASE amount, so you will be playing To Win if odds are "-" and .Risk if odds are "+". Standings will be based on units.

Note: If there is a tie in units, the tiebreaker will be Action Points, which is now many points you beat the spread by (Totals and Puck Lines only). If still tied after Action Points, the prizes will be split.

Well there were 14 games last night so guys should have known to be aggressive with the off days coming up (says the idiot that is LT that made just one play). As of now I plan to do nothing, but a second option is to lower the min/max for this week. But I don't think that would be fair to the guys that knew the deal coming in and made a lot of plays Monday.

trytrytry has opened up nearly a 10 unit lead, but we have not quite finished two weeks of this four-week contest so there is still time for more members to join. And for those complaining about the rules, you can take consolation in the fact that I am personally 0-2 so far on Power Plays or else I would be higher than my 21st, at 14-7-5, +0.70. P.S., we are going back to the old 5-unit base rules for the next contest, which will begin the day after this one ends and run through the Olympic Break.
