As a Canucks fan, let me tell you... watching them can be downright depressing at times this year. Complete failure to penetrate even moderate defenses or cycle the puck in the offensive zone. Way too many lazy shots, and no presence whatsoever in front of the net.
That being said, Luongo will be at his best tonight against the team that knocked them out last year. I'm not entirely disagreeing with your pick, but I'd be surprised to see him let in a lot of goals tonight. It will be close.
As a Canuck fan I think they stink.
I make my plays for money.
They will get better but will never be an elite team until they rip it down and try again.
