    Whats more impressive?

The hawks start of their season or the heat/clippers having such a high win streak during a season? I know there are more people that like basketball more but i feel like its easier to go on a streak in bball rather than start 21-0-3 in hockey. Also my opinion, but i feel like in hockey there are more 4-8 seeds that win come playoff time compared to basketball now where its pretty dominant towards 1 or 2 teams in each conference. Maybe im biased cuz hockey is my favorite sport. But im just curious.

Hawks for me. Only because you're not supposed to go 21-0-3 in hockey.. That's half the season this year. Bball.. Miami has 3 superstars they roll over teams. Chicago is an above avg team that's just playing really good no one expected this. Much more impressive
Edited to say JUST MY OPINION.

Thats how i see it .. Also when Detroit won almost 65 games in 95 i think it was was insane for hockey .. Dont get me wrong the bulls 72 wins in incredible also

But no one should ever be going 21-0-3 in hockey because there is some talent on every team .. Unlike bball where u have 3 superstars on a team and steam roll these weak teams

Plus its also harder to play hockey IMO than it is to play bball

Well the Hawks are close to setting the record for most consecutive games with a point, 35. The Heat are like halfway to the NBA record, so being my Blackhawks and the above, I have to say

Hawks won't win the cup tho.. I see them getting tossed by Vancouver really like the Canucks this year ( as an edmonton fan it's hard to cheer for ur own team .. All that talent and oilers still fkn suck)

hawks! why can't they win the cup? they have 4 solid lines and two good goalies and their speed gives teams fits.

They won't win the cup cuz it's the NHL lol.. If the playoffs started today they'd vs STL.. Who could easily knock them out or atleast take them to 6/7 IMO

Blackhawks more impressive because as You Mad Bro said, NHL has more parity.

It will be more impressive when they don't win championships after these streaks.

also the fact that it is starting the season makes it more rare.

I heard a statistics professor say on a sports radio show, that statistically speaking the BlackHawks start would happen once every 700 years.

Heat have been undefeated. Even if it wasn't in regulation hawks have lost 3 games and their streak is a point streak not a winning streak. Heat's streak has been more impressive

Heat/Clippers. Get back to me when the Blackhawks have won 16+ in a row. They are currently at 11.

Eh, the hawks streak isn't as glamorous in my eyes. At least a basketball streak doesn't include LOSSES.... the blackhawks have 3 in their "streak"

These nba streaks happen all the time. Nothing easier than winning 10 straight games in the NBA.

Western Conference is weak and a shortened schedule has Hawks looking better then they are.

I dont see any Atlantic or Northeast teams. Scheduling is part of it.

The East has 7 teams with 27 or more points and West has 4 Blackhawks have L(SO) to 2 of those teams and gone to OT against EVERY one of them.

My observation is the shortened season has them cleaning house on a weaker conference.

Basketball also has stacked teams compared to hockey ... I mean lebron wade and bosh all on 1 team playing more than 75% of the game is sick ...

Compared to hockey where they play what 15 minutes each maybe?

Chicago has only played 3 games out of 24 against Top 10 teams.

Both impressive. Miami's streak isn't a record, Chicago's is. Harder to come back when you're down in hockey, basketball regularly sees 20pt swings. A fluky bounce/ricochet can lose a game in hockey, not so much in hoops. Imo.

NHL is more a coinflip than NBA. If the Heat went on a 20-0 ATS streak then it would be similar.

More 4-8 seeds win in the NHL than the NBA .. The talent is all over compared to 3 teams in the NBA ....
