i gotta say im pumped! flames need a center.. kid hasnt prooved alot in nhl but has great potential.. and will stick it to the avs if he comes to calgary.

He's great, Colorado did a mistake not signing him.
He will be great for Calgary. Now they have a couple of real talented kids for the future.

still 7 days.. maybe avs will match... but i highly doubt it...
this is a deep draft year..
and getting a first and third is real good... espcially knowing the limbo state my flames are in.

i think this group of young guys complemented with wideman, gio hudler, cervenka , glenncross and i know iggy deserves a cup but i want him to stay. retire a flames ( like sens have done with alfie) the flames will be alright.
this blow up and rebuild pisses me of.rebuild on the fly is much better and i personally think feaster has done a great job since taking over and trying to fix this team up.
