With the Maple Leafs in a losing and scoring slump, back the Boston Bruins at home tonight when Toronto comes calling.
Two teams headed in opposite directions meet in this one as Boston is 9-3 in their last 12 games while Toronto has lost five straight, scoring just seven goals in the process.
Three of the Leafs' most recent goals came in a 4-3 shootout loss at Montreal last Saturday. Darcy Tucker leads Toronto with 17 goals this season, but has put just one into the net during the team's 5-game slump.
The Bruins are 5-1 in their last six games vs. losing teams and they are 4-1 the last five times they've faced Toronto, including a 3-1 mark against the Leafs this year already. The Maple Leafs are 8-28 their last 36 games vs. a team with a winning home record.
Play: Bruins -1½
