    They are already up at several non-US friendly books. The only US book who has them so far is BetOnline.

    Well can you name some offshore sites that have them please...? I'm Canadian - not American thankfully, so any legit book will do.

    Ill be using pinnacle for my season. In the process of moving from bodog which means signing up for 3rd party account for debit transfer. Bullshit because i have to pay fees (bodog was totally free) but it opens up progressive parlays, no limit bets and I can set my own lines for less juice
