Play Oilers vs Canucks at Vancouver

The Edmonton Oilers travel to Vancouver to take on the Canucks tonight. With six wins in their last eight meetings with Vancouver, look for Edmonton to improve their record to 4-1 on the young season.

Today the Edmonton Oilers will be on the road as they take on the Vancouver Canucks. We will side with the Oilers!

Both of these teams enter this game with solid defenses. The Edmonton Oilers are giving up an average of 2.5 goals per game and the Vancouver Canucks are giving up an average of 2.6 goals per game. As you can see, it's not defense that separates these two teams. What separates these two teams is the offensive talent that both these teams bring to the game.

There is no doubt that the Oilers bring more offensive talent, then do the Canucks. Not only do the Oilers have the much better offense, but they also have the much better overall team. In fact, the Oilers have already proven they can beat the Canucks. This is shown by the Oilers being 6-2 in the last eight meetings against the Canucks. The price is just right with the Oilers tonight.

    Play: Oilers

I happen to like the Canucks in this first game of a home and home matchup.
