    will the Coyotes not having Klesla make a big difference? they did not have Torres and still smoked the Predators. hard to bet on the sloppy predators but i might do it at +100

    You forgot that the team that has less talent wins in the NHL.

    Goalies mean everything. Mike smith is conn smythe caliber right now, less skill on phoenix maybe, but really strong system and unreal goalie = success

    Playing in the garbage West in these systems will make any Goalie look great.
    Was Rinne not supposed to be the better goalie?

    Actually it is as you are getting better odds than the % chance of a comeback.

    -400 for a 3-1 series lead is also +EV

    I don't think you know when I made that bet. It was when lakerboy made his original bet on the first page, well before game 3. But if you are in fact calling me out, maybe I can refer you to my first post in this thread:

    They were up two games and looking solid. Yes, I figured at -254, there was value for the Coyotes to win two games before Nashville could win four. Is it that hard to believe?

    BUT

    The real reason I said I'm +EV is because the line moved a whole 30 cents eventually going off at -286 for game three.
