Avs are 0-5 in last 5 games in B2B games. DET is playing first game after lucky canucks beat them. DET does not lose often and have a nice winning % vs AVS at home. Giguere is 5-13 vs DET and is in net for the AVS. He has had an injury recently.

Avs are playing like they want to make the playoffs. Downie was a great acquisition for them.
