It's the Oilers first game at home since Dec. 22. Oilers are 10-6-2 at home but this was before the injury bug.

    The injuries are pretty substantial:
    Eberle (top scorer)
    Hopkins (1st liner)
    Gilbert (top pair D)
    Whitney (top pair D)

Hard to see Oilers as the advantage here. Best case scenario for them is that they are at home and are adjusting to life with all the injuries.

But I'd still take the Devils to win.

It's too late saying it now but it looks like both the penguins and the devils really adjusted their games tonight, defensively anyways. Devils gave up 4 goals in the first to Calgary and now nothing against Edmonton. Pittsburgh got demolished by Ottaway and yet Caps have only 1 goal. Should have known that both teams would try to adjust their defense on a consecutive night.
