I'm really liking Boston -1.5 tonight.
Calgary has been struggling lately and Rene Bourque is suspended. Calgary is not a good road team (8-13-3).
Boston just destroyed New Jersey last night. Thomas has given up 9 goals in the last 5 games (4 vs Dallas). Rask has given up 3 goals in his last 5 games with only 1 goal (vs PHX) since he gave up 2 on December 6th against WPG. Regardless of who's in net, they don't let much by. I don't see playing back-to-back nights being an issue tonight with the Bruins being back home (13-6-1).
From ESPN:
Iginla hasn't scored in his last five games versus Boston, which has outscored Calgary 8-1 while winning the last two meetings.
Thomas was in net for both of those matchups, earning a 31-save shutout in a 5-0 home win March 27, 2010, before making 28 saves in a 3-1 victory at Calgary on Feb. 22.
Flames goaltender Miikka Kiprusoff -- 1-3-0 with a 3.21 goals-against average in his last four starts versus Boston -- has dropped his last three starts overall while posting a 3.04 GAA.
