    Dec 3 Backstrom, who left Friday's win in the first period with a lower body injury, will travel with Wild to California but won't play Sunday against Anaheim, according to Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
    Recommendation: Matthew Hackett has been called up to back up Josh Harding in that one, while the good news seems to be that Backstrom's injury isn't too serious if he's headed out West with the team.

    Canucks are starting Luongo....It's far from a sure thing, but from a Vancouver fan who knows the team intimately I can tell you that any team at +200 against Luongo is a good bet.

    Harding has been very good this year. The Wild are so strong in the net. I don't think they will stay this good, but gotta play the team when its hot.
