    Jalen Rose & Jets4Cup 2011/2012 NHL Season Picks

    I'm going to open a thread for the 2011/2012 NHL season so I can track stats and receive input on them from fellow cappers. We are not a professional so follow at your own risk.

    ONE UNIT New Jersey Devils +120

    We like this pick for multiple reasons New Jersey holds an amazing home record since January of the 2010/2011 season. The Sharks have not won in New Jersey since 2000 and the Devils have won 8 of the last 10 meetings. They also have not played since Saturday so they will be fresh (not that it really matters this early in the season since they should be anyways). Hedberg is also not the same goaltender he has been in the past he's a solid backup who knows he will have to take a bigger role this season for the Devils.
