    Winnipeg ______!?

Jets, they are going with the Jets. It's official.

I was hoping it would be something else, The Falcons was being thrown around.

Oh well, the main thing is that we have an NHL team.

    Time to change my avatar.

    GO JETS GO!!!!!

I'm curious to see if they can keep the team there. Billionaire owner surely helps, but if the cap keeps rising, can the stay viable will such a small arena?

The arena can be raised to accomodate more seating. It was designed that way.

Glad to see Winnipeg get their team back and keep the Jets name It doesn't matter if they have a small arena honestly because they will sell out nightly. Look at some of these shitty US cities like Florida. They never sell out and tickets are like $30 a game. Next up Quebec City or Hamilton

They are staying in the Southeast division for this season. That travel schedule is going to be brutal. They are going to be jet-lagged all season long.

As a promo, Tampa was having 4 tickets, 4 beverages, 4 hotdogs, and your parking spot for 50$ all total 2-3 years ago.

    You said it brotha!

Quebec and Hamilton will have teams soon for sure. There actually was a report that stated Canada could easily support 12 NHL hockey teams now.

I would love to see a team in Saskatchewan.

8,000 people capped on the waiting list for season tickets that's more than Phoenix has season ticket holders. You can have 30 million people in a city for an NHL team but if they have no interest in hockey it doesn't really matter does it?

What does the stadium seat to cap at 8,000 season ticket holders? Could be pricey to get at ticket for the first couple of years.

I really appriciate that canada got the team back. It hurts me to see teams playing in cities where most people don't even know how to skate...

13,000 seats have been sold as season tickets. 8000, is number of people on the waiting list for season tickets in case one or more of the 13,000 doesn't pay, or gives up their spot. The waiting list could have been longer but they decided to cap it at 8000. So basically they could have easily sold over 21,000 season tickets if the arena could accomodate the number.

Stadium holds 15,000. It can be expanded but that will not happen this season.
