Starting before any matches makes since, be starting at anytime is fair, as long as everyone has the same starting point and rule's
BIG difference is you can't start submitting plays in tennis contests until after the draw, so there is usually like 2 days between draw and first round, and early start times overseas makes the quick turnaround worse. Unlike other sports where we get lots of entries in advance.
So seems choices for tennis are make deadline second round OR accept entries before the draw. We welcome any other ideas.
Not necessarily because was are still starting with the round of 64. Picks probably would not be that different than submitting before first round of 128 unless there are humongous upsets.
For example, SamsNCharge99 made some solid selections but he put them in early and there were a few upsets. Other people would have chosen them and lost a few of their 16 choices there as well. As a result, they were able to avoid those and centered on the strongest players left with their full 16 bullets available. That is why I say the likelihood of a tie will increase.
