Math - How do i convert american line underdog to favorite?

How do i figure out the line for an underdog based off the price for the favorite and vice versa? Meaning, if i have a favorite who is -230, how do i find the line for the underdog? If i have an underdog with the line +154 how do i find the price for the favorite? I need this for like a spreadsheet so it would have to be a simple formula.

-230 favorite = +? underdog
+166 underdog = -? favorite

You need a source that has both because there is no simple formula. Different books have different vig and different cut-off points. If all your odds are from the same book, go to their site and see if they have an odds table that shows the cut-offs.
