What's The Best Way To Dump $ From One SB To Another?

I want to try to dump my deposit from one sb into the one I currently use frequently. Long story short I'm tied to a 20k rollover and lost my 1k bonus last night when my internet went down. Anyone have any methods they would like to share? Do you go big on one side and try to hedge via Live Betting? Just take both sides -105 if you can and cross your fingers it ends up in the book you want? Are there any methods besides the obvious look for +110 -110 etc...?

There is no better way than you have already known. Taking deep breath after bet helps, but not much though.
