    NBA assists/rebounds

    I have heard for pricing NBA assists props that,

    player's APG*opp's APG allowed/league APG allowed

    should be used. I have to think that team total/pace largely effect the number of assists. Does anyone else feel this way? What about using this instead?

    player's APG*opp's APG allowed/league APG allowed*team total/average points per team

    Also, could I apply the same thing for rebounds?

    I like your second approach better for assists. For rebounds, I'd use game pace / average pace instead of team totals.

    so for rebounds the full equation is player's RPG*opp's RPG allowed/league RPG allowed*game pace/average pace ?

    Yes, that is a pretty good estimate.

    I think that

    player's APG*team total/average points per team

    makes more sense. "opp's APG allowed" does not indicate the opposing team's ability to prevent assists, which would be a senseless metric, but rather shows what type of teams they played.
