Moneyline Strategy

Hi Guys

Relative beginner, just made the switch to pinny from bovada. I primarily bet nhl moneylines.
I'm sure there may not be one right answer to this. Should i be betting for the same payoff or risking the same amount with different moneyline payouts...is there an advantage to one or the other.

Or should my moneyline bets be based on my perceived +ev on the game??

Any answers would be appreciated alot!

Research Kelly betting. Many sports betters use 0.25x Kelly betting.

I think that in order to use kelly you need to be able to accurately determine your edge to add it to the implied probability of the no vig line... so you would probably be better off using a simple money management rule like risking x% of your bankroll... but I am a relative beginner too so ... ... I might be wrong
