ZiPS Projections for baseball model

I'm trying to put together a baseball model for the upcoming season using ZiPS projections as my starting point. Does anyone know whether or not these projections have the players home ballpark factored in already or are they raw statistics? What about ZiPS in-season projections?

ZiPS projections, both pre-season and in-season, assume the park and league that the player's currently playing in. For unemployed players, ZiPS uses the player's most recent team.
