    Pardon the simplicity of this question, but to be clear:

    IT'S GOOD IF I CAN PARLAY A -30 PT FAV WITH OVER 60
    AND
    IT'S GOOD IF I CAN PARLAY THE +30 DOG WITH UNDER THE 60, RIGHT?
