    MLB result excel table

I am new when it comes to MLB. I am curious to see if anyone has excel table for MLB results in the last 3 years or so.

I want to know the number of games that

    a) home team wins exactly by 1 run
    b) away team wins exactly by 1 run
    c) home team wins exactly by 2 runs
    d) away team wins exactly by 2 runs
    e) home team wins by 3runs or more
    f) away team wins by 3 runs or more

If anyone has this kind of information in an excel table, I'd very much appreciated if you can share it with me. Thanks

Is there anybody having this information? Or should I post in a different subforum (baseball handicapping)?

You could also get the information by setting up some Excel formulas after importing game logs from here:
    http://www.retrosheet.org/gamelogs/index.html

There is a ZIP file for every season. After you extract the ZIP file, it comes out as a .txt file, but if you rename the extension to .csv, you can open it in Excel.

List of the fields is here: http://www.retrosheet.org/gamelogs/glfields.txt
