OK, I have been trying to do some hedging involving math.
Let's say I have decimal odds x=1.4, y=2.5, z=4
So in an expression like "$10*(x-y)", I would back $10*1.4 and lay $10*2.5.
In "x+y+z", I would naturally back all three results.
And in "$10*x*y*z" I would play parlay $10*1.4*2.5*4.
However I am puzzled with the expression y/z^2, which btw translates to 2.5/16.
1. What to do with a square expression? Of course, a parlay for the same outcome doesn't work.
Back 4*"z"odds?
2. How to trade any division?
Even if I have only y/z, how this should translate into a trade, by using both odds?
