    Line Movements

I used to enjoy sbrodds, checking out opening lines at Pinnacle and seeing how lines have moved over time. Specifically for football. Apparently I can no longer see Pinnacles movement.

Any recommendation for a better service?

Is there site superior to Pinnacle as a “gold standard”?

I’m just hoping to see how books have adjusted spreads from line open to gametime.

If you are a US bettor, I don't think you will be able to see pinnacle odds very easily.

It might be the case that the US books are forcing people who show their lines to not show international books. Attempting to straggle the competition.

It is definitely the case. It started in New Jersey, where, for legalization to occur, there could be no advertising to non regulated markets.

The transistion began then and continues.

So let’s scratch Pinnacle from the conversation.

What’s the good standard for sharp lines in the US?

And where can I go to see the history line movement from its opening line to now?

Odds Shark provides line movements for spreads and totals from several off-shore books. After you've selected a game, look at the left-hand column under "Odds". You'll see a link for "Line History." The line updates seem to be accurate.Hope that helps!

    Makes me thinks it over.

Think that they seized bookmakers domain name all those years ago. That was without pressure from legal entities. Also PokerStars, fulltilt ect. Imagine how much worse the pressure will be now. Thrown in bitcoin regs, and I would be pretty concerned leaving money offshore.

Funny you say that. I had originally in my post brought up that you should probably be looking for outs on shore all over now.

It might be good for you, you might get more outs, but I think your best bet is the mgm or casears type. Give them action, good action and get to know some managers. Don't be afraid to ask for some kind of reduced vig or anything to compensate for the price.

Say they're hangin +9 (-125) (or whatever) and are willing to take -8.5 (-110), go in and tell the manager that's what you want. Do it after you've developed a relationship of course.

Waterst I think i shout you out, sort of, in this video...

One point in my post there is that we need to reduce that vig again and getting an extra half point might do the trick sometimes. You can catch the DK's and big public guys sometimes if they are -105 on your side. So the more outs the better.

Get creative, what other ways can we soak up some of that juice?

I've got a couple ideas, but it does require an edge, of course. I try to make a vide or post for further discussion.

Surprisingly, on my side a couple of good outs.

Tipico gives out like a 20% reload bonus every weekend. It only on an app, which sucks, but the bonuses are good.

Wynnbet seems to have a better break on money lines, and it's reward program seems to be ok.

My plan for now is to split 4 ways into draftkings, caesars, wynnbet and MGM. Take any other books bonus.

I have it planned to watch your video. Sound was a little low in the browser. Have to pull it up on TV.

i'm in sweden....pinnacle is available for me also at sbr now after their maintenance work....pinnacle have a license to operate here.

i'm confident the openers at covers are from pinnacle....an interesting observation is that the sbr's pinnacle openers and covers' pinnacle openers don't match....the lines aren't identical.

might not be a massive issue but one of the two services isn't accurate.

pinnacle was incorrect at sbr but the maintenance is completed now as the lines are matching now over covers bmr and sbr.
