    Its a relatively simple thing to set up. If you are on a single book, label the columns, and then just copy and paste out of your weekly figure page or whatever.

    If you are using multiple, just figure out how to format them to a common format, and copy paste.

    I try to avoid typing shit in. Gets to be too much work, especially during winter.
