I need a system where I can bet:

Team A - if it wins, then no more betting.

If Team A loses, then I bet Team B. If Team B wins, then no more betting.

If Team B loses, then I bet Team C

I'm basically using the "If" bet scenario, but after losses. But i dont see any books that allow this. Do you guys know of any? If the games were not going on at the same time of the day, then I could pull this off without the If actions. But since most are played around the same time, thats how I'd have to play it.

Any suggestions?

My mistake, read your post wrong. You want the opposite of an If bet.

Dgs system has the if-lose and if-lose-or-tie bets.
not offered a lot though.

dont think you can make it multi level though.
