How to profit with an edge?

How do you make the most out of a good bet? Let's say you know you're going to hit 60% of the time, what would be the most profitable system of betting?

Thank you, I know about kelly criterion I just am not sure how to apply it when there are like 20 bets in a day.

You bet slightly smaller. See calculator here:

    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/betting-tools/kelly-calculator/

As an example, set 0.333 Kelly multiplier, hit calc, it says stake size of 1.84%. Now set number of independent events to 5, it drops to 1.71%. At 10, it drops to 1.55% each bet. At 15, it's 1.42%

Note that even 1/3 Kelly may be too aggressive, and you'll have some pretty wild swings. I'd suggest starting at 1/4.
