    Sports Insights vs SBR Odds

SBR odds gives consensus information about the games. Sports Insights does as well. SBR odds uses 5 dimes? and sports insights uses various Sportsbooks.

I ask this because I am getting conflicting information on the Denver/San Diego NFL game this weekend. Bettracker says 10k bets have been placed and I am confused which source is more accurate to reality and why they are different (shouldn't they be fairly similar)?

You answered your own question, different source(s) will give different results.

Not off the top of my head, but I do remember it was a collection of square books, which is ideal for their fade-the-public mentality.

The numbers on SBR Odds are pretty close to useless. They only reflect one book, 5Dimes, which has a niche clientele. It's almost a little misleading to call those numbers "concensus," they're about as reflective of overall gambling sentiment as a poll of North Dakota would be in predicting a national election. You need a basket of books like Sports Insights has in order for the data to mean anything.

Sports Insights is def. clutch. I could never complain. Plus, the deal that they had... 50% off for the premium pro accounts for all of fb season. Pffft can never go wrong with that.....

This is now my 2nd season using them. With the amount you can make with the info that they give, it's def. well worth it. It pays for itself.
