Bookmaker/DSI seem to be slower with changing their baseball lines. Would it be profitable to bet on any/all games where the lines at Bookmaker/DSI are better than what Pinny/5Dimes is offering? This isn't steam chasing either, these lines have been stagnant for quite some time now. For example, today:

Cards ml (-113) -110
Braves ml (-142) -130
Jays ml (-140) -130
Rangers ml (-117) -110
Rays ml (-144) -135

And yes, I realize that Bookmaker has 20 cent lines, and I also have a 5Dimes account. But it makes perfect sense to me to shop between the two and find the better number.

This seems like classic line shopping 101, I'm not really sure what question you are asking? If you are asking can you just blindly bet every game where 5dimes has a different number than bookmaker, then the answer is definitely no.
