Most software uses a full deck for every hand. Just play optimal strategy for a full deck.

No it is not possible to count cards on online blackjack and return a profit, not even if you get to play 5 spots at same hand.
Most softwares uses 6-8 full decks each hand

It is only possible if you find a live casino online where there is actually a real shoe that is being dealt out like in a real casino. It will be obvious, you'll see a video stream of the dealer at the table.
Unfortunately, to my knowledge, there are 0 online casinos in the USA which have this.
