So does anyone use any particular software for handicapping football or any other sports? A quick google search shows some like WinPicks, SportsTrends, PDS, MrNFL and more. Anybody using any of these?
Do any include stats like Passing Yards per Pass Attempt & Yards per Point? I want something a little more than just W/L & PF/PA.
Anybody recommend anything?

You'll be better off creating one yourself. Excel is aptly suited for this type of thing.

Strongly disagree. Wrong tool for the job. You can use excel to display the results but save yourself some pain and don't use it for the logic or the persistence. Starts off fine but eventually you will pay. Debugging, unit tests and finding bad data is almost impossible.

Agreed. Excel isn't powerful enough to do anything except for analyze results. Use a real language like C++ or Java.

I use my own software that I have been developing over the past two years. No way I am giving it up until I get paid or banned -- whichever comes first.
