OK, any Think Tankers gonna fess up to pounding the Massachusetts Lottery game "Cash Winfall?"

Apparently, during "roll down" weeks that come around about once every three months if nobody wins the jackpot (odds = 1 in 9.36 million so it has only been hit once in 7 years) the jackpot reaches a limit somewhere between 2 and 2.5 million $ ---> and the jackpot money trickles down to the lower prizes

so if during this period you buy enough tickets, the chance of losing money on them is statistically insignificant (they didn't say at what confidence level). On the one occasion when the jackpot was hit the ticket belonged to one of the bulk buyers of course depriving the other bulk buyers of their profits.

So any of you Think Tankers been pounding this?
