    Breaking News on Adrian Peterson

    He has been suspended WITHOUT PAY for at least the remainder of the 2014 NFL season. So basically he got paid for 11 weeks this season without playing.

    Peterson reportedly will appeal this ruling so this is not over yet.

    they need to put him back in immediately.... man's got to be able to discipline his kids....... part of why he's as good as he is, is because of his strict Switch-to-ass-and-legs upbringing.......... penetrate, even Richard pryor got the switch as a kid...... tho it didn't work out as well discipline-wise for Pryor, as he torched himself freebasing blo and created a runnin down the street one-man inferno!

    NFL has a conduct policy that is separate from law. For example, players in legal weed states still can't use it.

    Peterson will get one over on the NFL this year. He decided to not attend their hearing last week as it was not a properly sanctioned hearing. I don't know the ins and outs of the CBA, but if he is right, then he should not have attended.

    The NFL didn't like him showing them up....so they react this way.

    He will sue, and I bet he wins (if the CBA is what I think it is). Goodell has made so many mistakes this year....it is actually shocking.

    Peterson is an idiot that went way too far.....but the way the NFL has played this out has been injust.

    I laughed at people who picked him up in fantasy because you had to assume a legit suspension would follow. The exempt list isnt a suspension, its basically a paid leave of absence until legal proceedings are dealt with. He acts like pleading no contest means he was ruled not guilty. It was basically a plea deal to keep his ass out of jail.

    Hell yea...this is Goodell taking the Switch to AP..All AP had to do was act sorry and the sad part is he's a deadbeat dad that will still whip his kids.     I picked Peterson on the waiver for the sole purpose of trades. I traded Peterson for Julio Jones on one team and Alfred Morris on another team. Somebody got burned on the gamble and it wasn't me.

    Did you see the pics of the damage he did to his kid? I don't think he should be allowed to play in the NFL ever again. I don't think Vick should have been allowed back either. Along with soo many others.
