    Ryan Fitzpatrick named Texans starter

    How do crap players manage to start everywhere they go? The former Texans Qb is now a prize possession of the Raiders, even though the rest of the world can see he's in severe decline. Are Brady Quinn, Charlie Whitehurst, and Kellen Clemen too busy or something?
